Death by Bureaucracy - Tainted Medicine

DNA samples were submitted to the FBI in early January 2010, involving the unsolved 1982 Tylenol murders. On 01/15/10 the recent Tylenol recall was expanded for a second time because of tainted medicines. Why is the USA medicine supply so far behind other countries in safety standards? We pay far more for medicines, that are less safe. Why is it so hard to implement common sense safe guards like pedigrees, tracers and patch lot numbers for ingredients? Stop the strangle hold pharmaceutical monopolies have had on washington!

On 04/30/10 a division of johnson & johnson issued a voluntary recall of 43 types of liquid medicines. Due to contamination and potency problems. Including liquid versions of tylenol, mortin, benadryl and zrytec. Includes both children`s and infant versions.
